6 butir telur ayam, rebus lalu goreng sebentar
350 ml santan.
1 lembar daun salam.
2 lembar daun kunyit.
2 lembar daun jeruk.
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan.
1 tangkai serai, memarkan.
2 cm jahe, memarkan.
Garam secukupnya.
Bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah.
3 siung bawang putih.
4 buah cabai merah.
3 cm kunyit.
1 sendok teh ketumbar.
4 butir kemiri.
5 butir merica utuh.
Cara membuatnya :
Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam, daun kunyit, daun jeruk, lengkuas, serai, dan jahe hingga harum. Masukkan telur, santan, dan garam.
Masak hingga kuah mengental dan berminyak.
